The book as a collection of scientific articles, published in the period from 1977 till 2005, materials of published scientific monographs, and new original scientific articles, written specially for the collection, for the first time in the world academic literature from a single position presents integration directions of interdisciplinary knowledge of biological sciences, medicine, ecology, psychology, electronics, bioelectronics, engineering, physics, and mathematics on the scientific foundation of nonlinear cell neuroelectrothermodynamics and environment bioelectronics.
Nonlinear cell neuroelectrothermodynamics demonstrably introduces into neurobiology the new nonlinear thermal-electric time constant, presenting cellular neuromembranes as biosemiconductor thermistor structures, interconnected by the chemical, thermal, and electrical nature of phenomena, and disclosing true mechanisms, qualities, phenomena, and regularities of the neurofrequency generation and transformation of stimuli in connection with the environment.
Environment bioelectronics as the «Beginning» studies the action mechanisms of natural and preformed agents-stimuli of the continuum «man — technics — environment — space» in the process of balancing the psychosomatics of the «man—individual», conditioning the stability of its specific course of action. The principle of human organism balancing the environment was introduced into neurophysiology by academician L.P. Pavlov. In nonlinear neuroelectrothermodynamics and environment bioelectronics academician L.P. Pavlov's balancing principle is adequately presented in the analytical form of the energy conservation law of live neuroglial structures as small bodies with internal energy sources.
The articles in the collection are arranged in chronological order in four chapters, which reveals their thorough interconnection in the formation and development of nonlinear cell neuroelectrotherm odynamics as the new biophysics field and scientific foundation of neurofrequency bioelectronics and environment bioelectronics in the application of medicine and biology.
The chapters of the collection conclude with a resume in four languages: Russian, English, French, and German. This allows, following the Russian original, to state compactly and uniformly in different foreign languages new interdisciplinary conceptual propositions of methodology and theory generalization, new regularities and phenomena, discovered and experimentally investigated in nonlinear cell neuroelectrothermodynamics, and also to present uniformly the applied directions of environment bioelectronics in medicine and ecology.
The fifth chapter, Environment Bioelectronics and the Single, is presented with the concluding scientific article Panecology: Neuropsychocompatibility of the Spiritual and Nootechnosphere in the Notional Space of the Single, in which environment bioelectronics is considered as the «Limit» of the holistic view of the Single and multiple in the border zone of natural sciences truths and of ancient philosophy truths in the representation of the Single.
In the global space of the energoinformational interrelations of the continuum «man — technics — environment — space» environment bioelectronics appears as the «Limit» in the form of the numerical «form of forms» of the notional space of the Single, for the first time mathematically strictly binding modern science truths and ancient philosophy truths in the representation of the Single as the «numerical protoform of predetermination». Ancient Greek philosopher Zenon (490—430 ÂÑ) examined the question of continuum nature. The Pythagoreans notion of the Single (6—4 centuries ÂÑ) was considered determinative, and the essence of all things was interpreted with the help of numbers. The Single or the figure one were the beginning of any number, but not in the notional space of the Single, where numbers and letters are «single in themselves». Euclid in the seventh book of the Elements (3 century ÂÑ), following Pythagorean teaching, stated that the figure one is the thing, through which each of the existing is the Single. According to Pythagorean teaching, the Single exceeds by its status the multiple, is the beginning of definiteness and limits everything.
In the system of Greek philosopher Plotinus (3 century ÂÑ) the Single is identified with the Good. In the process of Good emanation three determinative substances of being — the mind, the world soul, and the bodily universe — are resulting. According to Plotinus, the intermediate degree between the Single and the mind is the «Number», which is not defined in the ancient philosophy, but conceptually correlates with the numerical «form of forms» of the notional space of the Single, discovered inenvironmentbioelectronics, where the «EternalNumber» is defined
— as the manifestation of the Single predetermination.
Panecology as the new scientific trend is the theoretical foundation and adequate models of ecologically sound development, construction, and introduction into the environment of technomind man-made structures of «think machines-individuals» level, machines forming nootechnosphere in harmony with the spiritual in the notional space of the Single.
Autonomous «think machines-individuals», arbitrarily forming nootechnosphere in isolation from spiritual problems, which in modem ecology have not been formulated, and are possible to be considered in ethics, require anticipatory solving of the problems of the spiritual and nootechnosphere neuropsychocompatibility. The words of Pope Benedict XVI to the humanity point at the danger of modern technointellective technologies expansion in isolation from spiritual problems. Unlimited development of technointellective technologies without harmonization with the environment, autonomous «think machines-individuals», and nootechnosphere on the whole are neuropsy-choecologically dangerous by nonnormalized masked interventions into the cogitative sphere of the «man-individual». This very circumstance demands, as has been mentioned above, anticipatory solving of the problems of the spiritual and forming nootechnosphere neuropsychocompatibility, presenting the spiritual as the «Ideal» of the numerical «form of forms» of the notional space of the Single.
