Georgii Brunovich Bogdanov is a radiophysist, biophysist, well-known scientist in radio electronics, semiconducting electronics, and bioelectronics. Defended Candidate of Engineering dissertation on semiconducting electronics in 1961, Doctor of Engineering dissertation on radio engineering theory in 1970. In 1980 became the Professor of the Chair of radiolocation and interference elimination foundation. In the period from 1960 till 1980 conducted original scientific researches in ferromagnetic semiconductors-ferrites, in the theory and technique of measurements in radio electronics, microwaves technique, in semiconductor thermistor continuous environments-analogues of bio- and neurostructures, and also in the directions of passive and active radiolocation and electronic warfare. In the period from 1961 till 1973 published 4 monographs, more than 130 scientific articles, the teaching aids Radiolocation Foundation and Radiolocation and Electronic Warfare Foundation. In 1983 was elected the head of the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy Chair of electrical engineering theory, where he created the laboratory of applied bioelectromagnetism. Has prepared tens of Candidates of Engineering. Has a lot of author's certificates and patents for inventions. Is the Honoured Inventor of Ukraine. Beginning from 1977—1980 the main scientific interests of Georgii Brunovych are connected with the development of nonlinear neuroelectrothermodynamics, exact bioelectronics, and environment bioelectronics. In 1980 created in Kiev the first in Ukraine BIOELECTRONICS section and conducted the first in the former USSR international bioelectronics workshops. Constructed and substantiated the quantitative neurofrequency theory of the transformation of stimulants of various nature, which takes into account nonlinear thermal-electric aspect of neuroglial structures phenomena in interconnection with known chemical and electrical phenomena.

Derived the equation of the law of conservation and transformation of neuroglial structures neuroenergoinformational processes, qualitatively disclosing the essence of neurofrequency coding in the nervous system and brain. In 1984 published, in co-authorship with the scientists of Kiev Research Institute of Neurosurgery, the monograph Primary Mechanisms of Acupuncture and Cauterization Action. Created the theory of the new biophysics direction, named «nonlinear neuroelectrothermodynamics». Nonlinear neuroelectrothermodynamics is the foundation of exact bioelectronics. In 1991 published the scientific monograph Nonlinear Neuroelectrothermo dynamics and Ecobalancing.

In the present period conducts interdisciplinary scientific research in environment bioelectronics, develops and implements the integrative approach, encompassing general bioelectronics, neurofrequency ecology, bioelectromagnetic safety, medical bioelectronics, sports bioelectronics, and also the anthropotechnical complex «man — technics — environment — space» in whole.

The scientific-technological direction «Bioelectromagnetic safety» is developing as the econeuropsychocontinuum «man — technics — environment — space», for which the provision of the congenital stability of the neurofrequency energoinformational «man-individual» — environment interactions is determinative.

In the global space of the continuum «man — technics — environment — space» the scientist discovered the numerical «form of forms» of the notional space of the Single, in which iheprotoforms of numbers and European alphabets letters are «single in themselves». Environment bioelectronics as the «Limite» appears by means of the numerical «form of forms» of the notional space of the Single, for the first time strictly binding with the help of the number

(«Etemal Number») the truths of modem science and ancient philosophy in the presentation of the Single.
