Bioelectronics of Environments, Ecology and Medicine: integrative approach

IV. Bioelectronics of Environments, Ecology and Medicine: integrative approach.

The chapter Environment Bioelectronics, Ecology, and Medicine: Integrative Approach includes subsections Nonlinear Neuroelectrothermodynamics, Bioelectronics, and Environment, Principles, Theory, and Mechanisms of Environment Bioelectronics Concerning Biomedical Engineering, Ecology, Convincing Medicine, and Biomedical Electronics: Integrative Approach, which from different directions in the universal environment bioelectronics language forms the theory of interdisciplinary sciences connections in the unity of the balancing principle and the law of neuroenergoinformational processes conservation and transformation.

The articles Neuropsychobiometry: Methods of Computer Bioelectronic Measurements and Control of the System "Man—Environment" under the Action of Preformed Physical Agents-Stimulants (D.G. Bogdanov) and Foundation of Constructing the Integrative System of Computer Bioelectronic Monitoring of the "Internal Disease Pattern " in Regard to Telemedicine (M. Y. Saliuta) have been written by the authors specially for the book.

The article Neuropsychobiometry: Methods of Computer Bioelectronic Measurements and Control of the System "Man-Environment" under the Action of Preformed Physical Agents-Stimulants presents the results of the original scientific investigations and developments of the urgent subject - noninvasive bioelectronic control in real time of the directionality of trace effects, caused by the action on the human organism of preformed physical agents-stimulants of various nature under different conditions.

Consideration of the mechanism of physiotherapy therapeutical action detected that for the control-measurement of trace effects there is needed (except for the primary effect duing the action of an agent-stimulant and the trace effect after agent-stimulant determination) noninvasive tool objectification of the primary electrophysiological condition of cutaneous analyzer controlled local areas and points.

The article shows that noninvasive tool objectification of the primary electrophysiological condition of a cell, organ, organism is a biophysical basis of the primary directionality in real time of the shifts of functional systems of the organism under the action of restorative and treatment interventions-stimulants.

It is noted that because of the difference of measurement techniques the scientific substantiation of standardized techniques of measuring the excitable biostractures characteristics is important. The range of problems of developing the standardized computer noninvasive techniques of the control and measurement of various agents-stimulants aftereffect trace effects is especially urgent, for instance, at course treatment or rehabilitation.

Original results, obtained at the experimental detection and registration of cutaneous analyzer responses the interval action of stimulatory sinusoidal current on twenty discrete frequencies in 0.01-0.1 Hz range, are needed for the development of electrostimulation methods in ultralow frequencies nonnormalized range (from the hygienic point of view) 0.01-0.1 Hz.

The results of trace effects research and measurements under the interval action on biologically active points of stimulatory sinusoidal currents of ultralow frequencies range 0.01-0.1 Hz are also important for the adequate presentation of bioresonance phenomena in phys iotherapy, for the detection of individual time-frequency characteristics and parameters, which is necessary for the optimization of course therapy in clinic, for sports medicine, and also for the development of methods and means of etalon measurements of acupuncture points impedance, including equivalent bioinductance, for the purpose of developing existing and new electrodiagnosis methods.

The computer realization of trace effects directionality noninvasive bioelectronic control is presented in the article with the examples of various control techniques with performing the tool calibration of measuring channels and measurement error estimate.

The article Foundation of Constructing the Integrative System of Computer Bioelectronic Monitoring of the "Internal Disease Pattern" in Regard to Telemedicine develops new directions of applied bioelectronics and presents the foundation of constructing the system of computer bioelectronic monitoring of the "Internal Disease Pattern" (IDP), including as a whole the psychosomatics and environment in dynamic bioelectronic computer images. Dynamic bioelectronic images are formed automatically on the basis of noninvasive standardized measurement information of the cutaneous analyzer in comparison with the computer bioelectronic Measure. Computer bioelectronic monitoring is considered as the new scientific technological direction in respect to telemedicine emphasizing the theoretical and experimental justification of the bioelectronic correlates of human psychophysical condition, correlation of the mechanisms of biochemistry, neurobiology, and environment bioelectronics, responsible for psychosomatics.

Main attention is paid to the development and solving of the "norm" problem, standardization of dissimilar primary measurement information immediately in clinic, and constructing computer complexes of bioelectronic monitoring with radio channels of measurements information transfer, which is defined as "near telemedicine" in the article.

Near telemedicine, in terms of IDP computer bioelectronic monitoring in clinic, is an independent direction of computer-assisted bioradiotelemetering noninvasive gathering of multiple bioelectronic information of the cutaneous, visual and other analyzers, adequately presenting the dynamics of the patient's organism responses to treatment-and-prophylactic interventions of different nature and procedures in the real time scale.

Such an approach allows presenting IDP with its interactive (before-during-after interventions) bioelectronic pattern (image).

The article presents standardized bioelectronic nomograms-images of the psychophysiologic condition of a healthy man in "norm beyond norm" as the method of computer tool obj edification, and also considers skin nomograms - dynamic bioelectronic images at evident diseases and aging. The article shows that telemedicine chief problems are to be solved first of all by means of creating a single medical numerical space directly in clinic, compatible with other (outer) information systems of telemedicine.

The article examines the foundation of constructing the integrative bioradiotelemetering system of computer bioelectronic monitoring of the "Internal Disease Pattern" in clinic, which may be referred to "near telemedicine".
